How long will wildflower seed stay fresh?
Wildflower seed will if stored in a dry cool dark place last for up to 4 years,
germination is best in the first 12 months after harvesting. Store in a paper
bag or sack, and not in a plastic Store out of reach of vermin, and
remove moths as they emerge in the seed, Moths are a feature of wildseed. Check
seed every three months. If you miss a sowing season, your seed can be
returned to DBN, depending on the mixture purchased, we cannot store seed
mixed with grass seed.
