Certificates, Specifications
& Guarantee
What is a Certificate? Every
seed mixture sold by DBN has an auto-generated seed certificate, which is
a combined guarantee and specification.
A certificate
is validated by adding your invoice number.
The
buyer logs on to our web site and downloads the specification of their
particular mixture and combines it with their invoice number.
How do I find my certificate?
find your hard copy sent with the seed, then open our website on the the mixtures list, find the product you have ordered and open and
print or copy the
specification for the mixture.

A certificate is validated by adding your
invoice number: Download or print. Write the invoice number on
the printed or downloaded page.
Your invoice has an invoice number, top right hand corner, (example:
101860) and/or your reference number (example: B24/560). Ignore 'our
reference number', on the left hand side.
Guarantee: Every seed mixture
sold ex works, by DBN is guaranteed. Provided the 'cert' and the invoice
number are provided and they match our records. Your
Guarantee depends if the term of sale and sowing were adhered too.
Specification: Every seed
mixture sold by DBN has a specification and a list of species hosted on
this web site.
I cannot find my seed certificate:
Customers who purchases a blend of mixtures, a collection of mixtures,
bespoke seed mixtures, unusual blends or require non-standard orders will
not be issued with a standard seed certificate, instead the customer is asked to reference two or more
seed mixtures on this web site.
